There are some that don't want emails and others that don't want texts - but do want reminders. I'd like to choose what they get when I set p the patient. Also, they are getting the reminder text an hour before. Thats not helpful. | Voters

Hi Diane - thanks for reaching out. Did you know that you can set an SMS reminder to take place multiple days in advance? You can find this in Settings > Communications. The 1 hour reminder SMS is set as a back-up for those patients who sometimes forget that they have an appointment.

Communications controls are in the roadmap for Orchestra One and we'll post status updates here when they're ready for you. Hope this info is helpful and thanks for the feedback and suggestions.
