Yes, it is very confusing for patients to see AirCare logo everywhere instead of the practice logo. For example, patients can easily mistake their appointment confirmation emails for spam, since they know the practice where they have made the appointment and the provider, but may not be clear on what AirCare has to do with them. In general, the details of company that is responsible for Patient Portal and for communication automation is irrelevant to patients, and when they see the "wrong" logo instead of what they expect to see (which is the practice logo), it is only distracting and confusing for them and serves absolutely no purpose.

Not just the logo but having the practic name as a staple for the location and the physicians name who will be treating them or working with them as an option so it isn't just our account known of as Coffey Chiropractic but also associates it Dr. Daniel Long. That way patients don't get confused so much as to who is texting them for what appointment.

Also like to see the ability to add logo to confirmation emails.
