Request to have a the ability to populate a list of only those patients that have been marked as completed informed consent, plus a list showing only those who have not.

Continues company branding and decreases confusion.

It helps me to know where they live. I do some remote consulting. Also some of the names are suitable for both genders. i would like to know!

Would like the ability to have separate folders in document section, like in dropbox so I can organize such as superbills, exams, lab reports, etc.

We should be able to trigger an email to request new clients accept informed consent form, not just when they book appointments. Most new clients get booked internally before they learn to book their own appointments. We need consent forms on file before they come in the first time.

If a client changes their appt in the patient portal I currently I get an email that just says the appt was cancelled for a certain time and created for another but no notes as to WHO did it no client name etc. I would like a different type of email sent to me if a client moves their appt from the patient portal that says "Dear provider: Client [JH] has cancelled their Wed 3pm appt from within the patient portal and created an appt on Thurs at 4pm." Attached are the emails I get now for various things. None of these emails tell me who canceled it or where the appt got moved to:

To be able to print invoices for patients' appointments. Also, have the ability for creating separate invoices for selling of stock/merchandise, which may not be covered by their insurance, hence need for separate billing.
