Ability to create superbill without insurance information

As a private pay office there should be a convenient way to create a superbill without any insurance information. Asking for their insurance information creates confusion. Perhaps the superbill could be generated with blanks for them to fill in their own insurance information.

Yes!! I asked for this several months ago as well, but was told "you can, look in the FAQs." But, put into practice, it just isn't there yet. Definitely would appreciate this being improved.
