Ability to print invoices

To be able to print invoices for patients' appointments.

Also, have the ability for creating separate invoices for selling of stock/merchandise, which may not be covered by their insurance, hence need for separate billing.

I have need for creating an invoice for out-of-pocket clients who don't run through ins. If we could do that in here too that would be SOOO helpful.

This is becoming more and more critical in our practice. We need to be able to create an invoice from the system to send to a patient after we receive insurance remittance. Currently, I am logging into Availity and uploading the Claim Status inquiry printout to each chart. Then I'm calling patients to request differences in Co-pay or deductibles that show they were met on Availity at the time of service, but then come back as applied to deductible on the remit.

Once you bill insurance you can no longer print a superbill or apply insurance amounts to an appointment. The Invoice option would work like the superbill except it would be able to take into account that we are still waiting on an unknown amount of money from the insurance company and could possibly have to charge the patient again for for the same visit some time in the future.
