I work remotely with people in different time zones. There have been several instances where when I call them for our appointment they were unaware that they signed up for MY time zone. They should be prompted to sign in with their time zone, and the scheduling gets automatically adjusted.

Our office works with similar conditions. So many appointments have to be rescheduled because the client didn't realize we were not in their time zone, even after email clarifications and phone call confirmations. Our clients usually have brain trauma so making things as clear as possible would be ideal.
