Hey Folks - thanks for all the input on this one. We're working on a few new features that should help with late cancelations. They will include:
- A new field in Settings > Practice Schedule where you can select a number of hours for your cancelation policy.
- A new status and filter in Reports > Appointments called "Late Cancel" that will allow you to quickly charge all late cancels if you choose to do so.
- A pop-up warning to all patients who try to late cancel an appointment that tells them they could be charged per the clinic cancelation policy.
We really appreciate all the feedback on this one and we hope to get it out to you very soon!

I need a way to know if patients cancelled or rescheduled outside of our cancellation window (24hrs) without having to run reports for both cancelled and rescheduled appointments, and then clicking on each and every one to see the time stamp. The number one reason for me to use an online scheduler is to hold patients accountable for their appointments and cut down on late cancels and no-shows. I would also like to see the system notify patients if they are about to cancel outside the allowed time and give them a fee warning for doing so.

It would be nice to have a feature that if they cancel outside of the allowable cancelation window, that they receive a note of what the cancelation fee/policy is, and ask them again if they want to cancel.
