Notify me if a client changes an appt in the client portal

If a client changes their appt in the patient portal I currently I get an email that just says the appt was cancelled for a certain time and created for another but no notes as to WHO did it no client name etc.
I would like a different type of email sent to me if a client moves their appt from the patient portal that says "Dear provider:
Client [JH] has cancelled their Wed 3pm appt from within the patient portal and created an appt on Thurs at 4pm."
Attached are the emails I get now for various things. None of these emails tell me who canceled it or where the appt got moved to:

Hi Stephanie - thanks for suggesting this feature. Today, if you click on the link "View the appointment" you see all the information that you're suggesting. That said, here's some more insight into our thinking, so that we can explore this together:
Our intent is to keep changing information in the dashboard so that a real-time status can be viewed at all times. This is why we've held off on putting that information directly into emails thus far.
Is your ideal scenario one in which you don't need to click the button to see the info?
